Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using the Jouzu Speak mobile application ("App") developed and owned by Kittichote Kamalapirat ("Developer"). By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using the App.

Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms and any additional terms and conditions that may apply to specific features or services of the App. If you are using the App on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

User Accounts

- Account Creation You may create a user account ("Account") to access certain features and services provided by the App. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials and for all activities that occur under your Account.

- Account Responsibility You are responsible for all activities that occur under your Account, and you agree to notify the Developer immediately of any unauthorized use or breach of security. The Developer will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

Free Tier and Premium Tier

- Free Tier The App offers a free tier with limited features and functionality ("Free Tier"). The Developer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Free Tier at any time without prior notice.

- Premium Tier The App also offers a premium tier with enhanced features and functionality ("Premium Tier"). To access the Premium Tier, you must subscribe to a monthly subscription plan ("Subscription"). By subscribing to the Premium Tier, you agree to pay the applicable subscription fees as set forth in the App.

Subscription Terms

- Billing and Payments: The Subscription fees will be billed automatically on a monthly basis to your designated payment method. By providing your payment information, you authorize the Developer to charge the Subscription fees to the designated payment method.

- Free Trial: The Premium Tier may offer a free trial period of one week. If you subscribe during the free trial period, you will not be charged until the trial period expires. After the trial period, your subscription will automatically renew and you will be charged accordingly.

- Cancellation and Refunds: You may cancel your Subscription at any time through the App's settings. The Developer does not provide refunds for any fees already paid, including partial or unused subscription periods.

User Conduct

- Prohibited Activities You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities while using the App: (a) Violating any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights; (b) Attempting to interfere with the proper functioning of the App; (c) Uploading, transmitting, or distributing any harmful or malicious software or content; (d) Engaging in any form of automated data collection or scraping; (e) Using the App for any unauthorized or illegal purposes.

- Suspension or Termination The Developer reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend or terminate your access to the App, including your Account, without prior notice, for any violation of these Terms or for any other reason deemed necessary to protect the App, its users, or third-party rights.

Intellectual Property

The App and its content, including but not limited to text, graphics, images, logos, trademarks, and software, are the property of the Developer or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You agree not to copy, modify, distribute, reproduce, or create derivative works based on the
